The semiconductor industry has been responding to the need for an increased cadence to make ICs for AI applications. Among the improvements needed going forward are those with respect to energy efficiency and memory bandwidth. Other challenges facing the industry are meeting the need for Angstrom-era logic chips and edge AI. This session features experts on the processes that will play major roles in the industry going forward.
