20 Under 30

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Nominee must—

• Be under the age of 30 as of May 1, 2027.
• Be employed by a SEMI Member company
• Have at least two years of experience in the industry.
• Demonstrate leadership through a strong record of innovation, collaboration, community engagement, and/or outstanding performance.

Nomination Requirements

• Nominations must be submitted by a manager, mentor, sponsor, colleague, or peer. Self-nominations are not permitted.
• Only one nomination per candidate may be submitted each year. Duplicate submissions will be removed.
• Provide the nominee’s name, job title, and company exactly as they should appear in print and other program materials.
• Include a link to the nominee’s LinkedIn profile and upload a headshot with the nomination form.
• Headshots must be at least 1,000 × 1,000 pixels in JPEG or PNG format. An example is provided in the form.

Additional Information:

• All nominees receive a complimentary Expo Plus Pass.
• Multiple candidates from the same organization may be nominated.
• Self-nominations are not permitted.

JUDGING

Eligible nominees will be evaluated by a panel of respected industry professionals representing a diverse cross-section of the microelectronics and semiconductor ecosystem. Selections will reflect nominees’ demonstrated leadership and achievements in innovation, collaboration, community engagement, and/or outstanding performance.
