Call for Abstracts for Speakers
Flexible Hybrid Electronics at SEMICON West 2025
SEMICON West 2025 invites abstracts on Flexible Hybrid Electronics (FHE) innovations advancing medical devices, wearables, IoT, displays, and next-gen communication systems. We seek contributions on advanced materials, scalable manufacturing, heterogeneous integration, and power management solutions that enhance performance, durability, and adaptability for emerging applications.
TOPIC AREAS
Session will include (but not limited to) topics within:
- FHE in medical devices, biosensors, automotive, industrial automation, and IoT
- Wearables, implantable devices, smart textiles, and human-machine interfaces
- Flexible displays for next-gen consumer, industrial applications
- 5G, mmWave, and next-gen communication technologies enabled by FHE
- Advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration for high-performance FHE systems
- High-density interconnects and multi-layer circuits, additive manufacturing, and 3D printing
- Advanced stretchable, flexible, and biocompatible substrates
- Next-gen power management for wearables, IoT, and soft robotics
