Her experience includes developing the TEL US talent acquisition marketing strategy, implementing several programs such as: a Master Service Provider/Vendor Management System program to increase visibility and cost savings for the TEL US contingent worker population, electronic employee on-boarding systems to improve the candidate on-boarding experience, a Talent Acquisition CRM system to increase TEL’s brand and recruitment efficiency, created an internal Talent Ambassador team to support recruitment and employee engagement, and other process improvement initiatives to ensure the candidate’s experience reflects “TEL is a leading technology company.
