Shawn Harbert Sr. Manager, Pilot Materials, Lam Research Shawn Harbert has 19 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry. His current role is as a Senior Manager in Pilot Materials for Lam Research. He is responsible for managing two teams focused on cost, outsourcing, new product material purchasing and delivery tracking. He directly manages a team of ten people overseeing ~12 programs. Shawn help start up an employee focus group for Lam military Veterans in 2019 focused on integrating the experience, values and knowledge of Lam service members for the combined success and professional growth of the individual and organization. Shawn graduated from Brigham Young University in 2001 receiving his bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering. Shawn is currently a Chief Master Sergeant in the Oregon Air National Guard for the past 19 years and 26 years in total enlisting in Dec. 28, 1994 in the Air National Guard. Chief Master Sergeant Shawn M. Harbert, Quality Assurance Superintendent, 142d Maintenance Group, Portland Air National Guard Base, Oregon. Shawn is responsible to the Maintenance Group Commander for planning, organizing and overseeing the activities of the Quality Assurance Division, evaluating and managing Quality Assurance Inspectors in executing the Maintenance Standardization and Evaluation Program, advising on maintenance trends/training problems and developing policies/procedures guiding maintenance practices.
