As part of Global Supply Chain at Intel, Dr. Chandra Sarma’s responsibilities include driving and managing ecosystem’s technology development in novel patterning materials and integration to align with Moore’s law cadence. His range of technical expertise includes all areas of lithography, from process to computational litho to design for manufacturing. In the past he successfully developed and managed several external programs in novel materials in a consortium. Chandra established and led a country office for an industry association in Japan tasked with attracting Japanese investment to India. Chandra has a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a senior member of SPIE. Chandra is an inventor of more than 25 patents in areas of lithography and device and is an author of more than 50 publications.
