Extending your Reach Through Social Media at SEMICON West 2012 At SEMICON West 2011 we saw a great increase in exhibitors using Social Media to promote their brand, product and booth, especially on Twitter. For 2012 we are bringing new tools and tips for exhibitors to effectively increase their reach on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn for little to no additional cost. Look to this update for regular tips and additional visibility that we have planned. To prepare and maximize for the upcoming benefits you will want to make sure that your organization has a Twitter Account and a Facebook Page. In addition you can expect resources for your staff to reach out to potential attendees and customers via their LinkedIn pages. We look forward to helping you have a dynamic and prosperous SEMICON West 2012. Frequently Asked Question - What is my targeted move-in date? SEMICON West operates on a 'targeted' move-in of freight. This is intended to minimize your carrier's waiting time and maximize the efficiency of freight move-in. Review the Freight Target Floor Plans for move-in date and time for freight only: North Hall and South Hall. Below are the official move-in hours for SEMICON West 2012:
* On July 8th, Moscone Center will be closed. Exhibitors will not have access to the exhibit halls, and there will be no Exhibitor Services available. Present Your Company As A Thought Leader By Speaking at SEMICON West 2012 Does your organization have ideas and actions that move the semiconductor and micro-electronics industries forward? Then consider showcasing your thought leaders on the stage at SEMICON West 2012 this July. SEMICON West 2012 will feature more than 40 hours of technical sessions and presentations across three show floor technology stages -- the TechXPOTs -- focused on critical industry topics shaping design and manufacturing of semiconductors, high-brightness (HB) LEDs, MEMS, printed and flexible electronics, and other related technologies. SEMI is soliciting technical presentations in topic areas including: Wafer Processing, Test, Packaging and Extreme Electronics.
