David G. Tacelli was appointed president and chief executive officer of LTX Corporation in November 2005 and continued in that capacity following the formation of LTX-Credence in August 2008. In December 2013 the Company closed on the acquisition on Multitest and Everett Charles Technologies more than doubling the Company size and its addressable market. In May 2014 the Company changed its name to Xcerra Corporation.
Joe Stockunas, group vice president, Electronics Systems, is responsible for management of Nordson’s worldwide electronics business. The business unit supplies precision dispense, plasma, test and inspection systems to advanced semiconductor packaging, LED and printed circuit board assembly markets. The business operates manufacturing facilities in Aylesbury, England, Carlsbad and Concord, CA, and Suzhou, China. Joe previously held leadership positions in Air Products & Chemicals’ Electronic Division. He has served on the boards of Showa Denka Air Products, Kawaski, Japan, The Beth
Larry Smith currently serves as President of Tokyo Electron America, Inc. (TEA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL) based in Tokyo, Japan. He joined the company in 2000. Larry has more than 25 years of management experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to becoming TEA President, he served in a variety of roles over the last fifteen years to include Vice President of Business Unit Operations, Vice President of the SPE1 Division (Clean Track and Surface Preparation Systems), and Vice President of the Clean Track Business Unit.
Michael D. Slessor has served as the Chief Executive Officer of FormFactor, Inc. since December 2014, and as a Director since October 2013. Mike served as President from October 2013 to December 27, 2014, and as Senior Vice President and General Manager, MicroProbe Product Group from October 2012 to October 2013. Before joining FormFactor, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MicroProbe from July 2008 through the October 2012 closing of FormFactor’s acquisition of MicroProbe.
Mike Noonen has 25 years of experience of leading and growing technology businesses. He currently leads sales and business development at Silego Technology, the pioneer and leader in Configurable Mixed-Signal. Most recently he was the interim CEO and Board Director at Ambiq Micro. Previously, Noonen was the Chairman and co-founder of Silicon Catalyst, the semiconductor solution start-up incubator based in Silicon Valley. Silicon Catalyst won the 2015 EE Times/EDN “Start-up of the Year” Ace Award.
Rudy assumed his current position as Vice President of the Industry Group in 2013. He had been general manager of the Electronics Business Unit since 2009. He joined FEI in November 2003 and had served as Director of the Data Storage business since 2007. Prior to joining FEI, Rudy was a product manager at Electro Scientific Industries. He holds a BS (Computer Science) and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

He is a well-known visionary, helping companies make businesses out of technology for over thirty years and is arguably best known for his many predictions of strategic industry infrastructure shifts. Dan is a senior member of the IEEE and a recipient of SEMI’s Bob Graham Award for outstanding contributions in marketing. He has authored numerous publications including two invited articles for Scientific American.
Mr. Cutini has worked in the semiconductor equipment industry since 1981. In 1990 he co-founded OnTrak Systems, a CMP wafer cleaning Equipment Company. After developing proprietary CMP technology and executing an initial public offering in 1995 at a value of $225 million, OnTrak was acquired by Lam Research in 1997 for $400 million. Mr. Cutini served at Lam as president of the OnTrak division.
