Exhibitor Meeting Room Application

Do you have a need for meeting space at SEMICON West 2013?  Whether you are planning a Corporate Meeting or are having a Customer Reception, the expanded inventory available for SEMICON West 2013 exhibitors can help you accommodate your needs for the show.

The Exhibitor Meeting Room footprint of SEMICON West includes a few of the hotels immediately surrounding the Moscone Center.  SEMI has partnered with the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, Westin Market Street, W Hotel and Intercontinental San Francisco to incorporate the meeting rooms at these properties into the overall Exhibitor Meeting Room inventory for SEMICON West. Be sure to reserve your meeting space early.

Meeting room assignment priority will be given to SEMI member primary exhibiting companies followed by non-member primary exhibiting companies.  To reserve a room, please read the procedures carefully, complete the online application form and return to SEMI.
