SEMICON West 2011 Post Show Surveys
A big "Thank You!" to all of you who took time to respond to our annual post-show satisfaction survey. We've got some great feedback (including a few pointed critiques) that we'll be looking at as we plan and prepare for SEMICON West 2012. We will share the results of the exhibitor survey and our continuous improvement plan in an upcoming issue of this newsletter.

From the visitor survey, overall satisfaction grew over last year, with visitors rating SEMICON West 7.0 out of 10. Based on their experience this year, 93% would attend again and 88% would recommend SEMICON West to their peers and colleagues. These are very positive results that point to the value that visitors see in SEMICON West.
Some other key highlights from the SEMICON West visitor survey:
- 70% of visitors say that their attendance this year will influence buying decisions over the next 12 months.
- "Seeing new products and product demonstrations" was the number one visitor objective, followed closely by "Meet with current suppliers," "Networking," and "Find new suppliers."
- 25% of visitors at SEMICON West 2011 were first-time visitors
- 40% of visitors say that SEMICON West is the only industry event they will attend this year
Areas in which visitors would like to see improvement include attracting more exhibitors, more equipment and product demonstrations, and more/improved technical content at the TechXPOTs and at company exhibits. Importantly for exhibitors, many visitors said they want to see more technical staff at exhibitor booths to answer technical questions.
As with the exhibitor survey, we will use visitor feedback to develop specific improvements and new features that we will share in the coming months. Again, thanks to everyone who completed the survey!
Booth Space Confirmations
Detailed confirmation letters have been emailed to the primary exhibitor contact. Please be sure to review the information and pay special attention to your booth location, hall restrictions in that area, and comments noted to your booth.

Please be reminded that the Test, Assembly and Packaging segment is in North Hall and the Wafer Processing segment is in South Hall.

Second Payment for Booth Space Due
As a reminder, the second booth space payment is due October 12, 2011. Invoices will be mailed out for 50% of the total booth fee to all exhibitors the week of September 19th. Checks or wire transfers are accepted as a form of payment; please see the details included on the invoice.
