SEMI International Standards
SEMICON West is an important annual event for the SEMI International Standards Program, which is celebrating 35 years of service to the industry. More than 120 committee, task force, and working group meetings are planned for 2008, as well as standards programs, and standards education courses presented by the Standards Technology Group (STG).
