Targeted Floor Plans

Targeted floorplans are developed to ease the transportation of freight on the show floor. At SEMICON West, we "target" the move-in of freight. This is intended to minimize your carrier’s waiting time and maximize the efficiency of freight move-in. In order for everyone to take full advantage of their move-in period we may be unable to change your targeted move in schedule. Your Freight Target Day should be solely dedicated to getting your exhibit material to your booth space. Installation Labor should be scheduled to begin the following day.

Marshaling Yard

SEMICON West will be marshalled. Please note that all delivering carriers and privately owned vehicles MUST check in at the marshaling yard PRIOR to showite unloading. Refer to Section 9 of the Exhibitor Services Manual for more information or refer to the Marshaling Yard Directions and Map.

Move-in Schedule

Please remember that while Exhibitors will have 4 full move-in days, there will be 2 dark days during the exposition set-up period. We continue to understand the sensitivities to travel during this time; however, not using holiday and Sunday labor rates sends savings to your bottom line. Below is the set-up schedule

Move-out Schedule

Exhibitors are required to maintain, intact, all equipment in their exhibit area, and to keep their booths fully manned until the official close of the show. Below is the dismantle schedule:
