What is networkNow!
SEMI has teamed up with a2z Inc. to bring you networkNow!, an innovative matchmaking, networking and appointment scheduling tool to help you connect with the right people SEMICON West. The easy to use tools within networkNow! will enable you to quickly identify sessions, products and people of interest at SEMICON West 2010.
By completing your free online profile, networkNow! will generate personalized matches based on the information you provide. Through networkNow! you may create a customized floorplan and search for products and sessions pre-show and at show site. You may also schedule appointments and meet with your customers and suppliers alike!

The networkNow! Exhibitor Portal is still open for exhibitors to continually update their company description and product information for SEMICON West 2010.
Included at no extra charge in your booth space fee for SEMICON West is access to the portal allowing you to enter:
*Basic listing in the SEMICON West printed Event Directory (company name, booth number, company website, company email, company telephone number and product category listing).

- 1000 Character Profile - Available Online Only
- Company Logo - Available Online Only
- (30) Product Listing with Color Pictures - Available Online Only

* Exhibitors can define what types of attendees they would like to meet at the Show, and then reach out to them online. Prior to the Show, exhibitors can create a list of "favorite" attendees and send them emails. Exhibitors can also set up appointments with these attendees for meetings at their booth.

Co-Exhibitors
NEW! for 2010! Primary Exhibitors will be required to register their Co-Exhibiting Companies within the networkNow! portal. Please also note the following important information:
*Primary Exhibitors will log into networkNow! and follow the link to add Co-Exhibitors through the My networkNow! page.
*The Primary Exhibitor will be invoiced $500 for each Co-Exhibiting Company added to the Primary Exhibitor’s Booth.
*Co-Exhibiting companies will also have access to their own networkNow! Profile in order to enter their Event Directory information.

Exhibitor Designated Contractor
New for 2010! You are responsible for advising Show Management of the company name, address, telephone number and contact name of your non-official designated contractor (EDC) by June 4, 2010. Register your EDC through the networkNow! Exhibitor portal. Password is the same as your Event Directory password. Go to ‘My Profile’ and click on ‘Manage EDC’.
IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES:
February 18, 2010 – networkNow! Exhibitor Portal “live”
April 21, 2010 – networkNow! Visitor Portal “live”
April 30, 2010 – SEMICON West Co-Exhibitor Information and Payment deadline (to SEMI)
May 7, 2010 – Deadline to enter information online in order to be used for print in the SEMICON West 2010 Event Directory. Information submitted after this date will only be available online. Product Category codes entered after May 7, 2010 will only be available online.
May 10, 2010 – networkNow! lead generation begins
June 4, 2010 – deadline to submit EDC information

Exhibitors should be vigilant in dealing with the Exhibitor’s FAIRGuide produced by Construct Data Verlag or Expo-Guide.com produced by Commercial Online Manuals.
This is an on-going issue and is not related to the SEMICON West 2010 Event Directory. Both the FAIRGuide and Expo-Guide.com are not endorsed or supported by SEMI Show Management.
