Included at no extra charge in your booth space fee for SEMICON West is access to the console allowing you to enter:

*Basic listing above is free to all primary exhibitors and official co-exhibitors. If you would like to upgrade your online booth listing, download and return the Event Directory Upgrade Opportunity Order Form.
The relevant information entered into your Exhibitor Profile will also be extracted for print in the SEMICON West 2012 Event Directory (company name, booth number, company website, company email, company telephone number and product category listing).
Co-Exhibitors
Primary Exhibitors will be required to register their Co-Exhibiting Companies within the Exhibitor Portal. Please also note the following important information:
*Primary Exhibitors will log into the Exhibitor Console and follow the link to add Co-Exhibitors.
*Co-Exhibiting companies will have access to their own Exhibitor Profile in order to enter their Event Directory information.
*Co-Exhibitor Listing fee is $750 (non-refundable).
Register your SEMICON West 2012 Co-exhibitors from February 14 until May 11 to be included in the SEMICON West 2012 Event Directory.
Exhibitor Designated Contractor (EDC)
You are responsible for advising Show Management of the company name, address, telephone number and contact name of your non-official designated contractor (EDC) by June 22, 2012. Register your EDC through the Exhibitor Console. Password is the same as your Event Directory password. Go to ‘My Profile’ and click on ‘Manage EDC’.
IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES:
February 14, 2012 – Exhibitor Console “live”
February 14, 2012 – Visitor Portal, My Briefcase “live”
May 11, 2012 – SEMICON West Co-Exhibitor Information and Payment deadline (to SEMI)
May 18, 2012 – Deadline to enter information online in order to be used for print in the SEMICON West 2012 Event Directory. Information submitted after this date will only be available online. Product Category codes entered after May 18 will only be available online.
June 8, 2012 – deadline to submit EDC information
BEWARE – Special Warning Notice about FAIRGuide and Expo Guide
With the ongoing solicitations, SEMI would like to continue to alert you to the two organizations soliciting internet Event Directory listing information in a misleading manner. The two organizations are Austrian based, FairGuide and Mexican based, ExpoGuide.
This is an on-going issue and is not related to the SEMICON West 2012 Event Directory. Both the FAIRGuide and Expo-Guide.com are not endorsed or supported by SEMI Show Management. By submitting these forms, exhibitors are contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement with excessive fees.
If you are a U.S. company that has been targeted by either organization, it is important to lodge a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
