Once again, SEMI is pleased to offer exhibitors an email campaign service to enhance your pre-SEMICON West 2012 customer promotion and increase awareness of your participation at this year's show. Plus, Exhibitor Emails allows you to extend complimentary Expo Only registration to your customers and prospects. This email campaign service is now available for use in the Exhibitor Registration Portal.

 New! Customer Tracking

By integrating the Exhibitor Invite system with registration, exhibitors now have access to the results of your outreach efforts, giving you the ability to see which of your invited customers have responded to your campaign. The reporting page is located in the "My Registered Guests" section under the "Exhibitor Emails" tab in the Exhibitor Registration Portal.

Safe & Secure

X-Press Email Exhibitor Invites is a secure, web-based system that protects your data. The lists and contacts you upload and used for campaigns will never be shared or accessed by anybody including Show Management.

Exhibitors who utilize this FREE service have the opportunity to win valuable prizes that will further support your SEMICON West objectives:
  • Schedule at least 1 email campaign to a minimum of 100 customers/prospects and send by May 17, 2012 to be entered into a drawing to win 2 Complimentary passes to the SEMICON West VIP Reception.

  • The exhibitor who sends the most emails by June 8, 2012 wins one complimentary X-Press Lead Mobile Package with Bluetooth printer, valued at $675.

  • The Exhibitor who generates the most registrations (excluding company staff) wins a 20% discount off their 2013 booth space fee, up to $2500.

  • Send up to three separate email blasts to an unlimited number of customer contacts

  • Each contact email will include a unique link for a complimentary registration pass.

Get Creative

Exhibitors have the ability to customize text in your email that you can tailor for different customer audiences. In the "Product" section there are opportunities to get creative with:
  • Promotion of the products/services that you will display in your booth

  • Team promotion, introduce the your booth staff

  • Social Media, link to any Social Media assets or projects associated with SEMICON West. Link to YouTube videos that showcase your product and organization

  • Contests and giveaways, let your customers know how to enter in any contests or booth traffic builders in advance
Target Market

Set up three different emails with different messages and assign a unique mailing list to a particular blast, giving you the opportunity to segment your customer base and speak directly to the product or service that matches their needs.
