Current year exhibitors have the opportunity to select space for SEMICON West 2009 during the 2008 event from Tuesday, July 15 though Thursday, July 17 , at the Onsite Space Selection Room, Gateway Exhibitor Services Center (Gateway Hall, Moscone Center). Your appointment time is based on your company's accumulated SEMICON West priority points. Note: SEMICON West is now offering additional priority points for the size of booth space to SEMI member primary exhibitors. Adopting the SEMI global priority point structure at SEMICON West also means that you could see a change in your space selection appointment time. SEMICON West Onsite Space Selection Schedule

As appointments are closely scheduled only a few minutes apart, we strongly urge you to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to review the floor plan and have any questions addressed prior to your assigned time.

Instructions

1. Download and return the SEMICON West 2009 Exhibit Space Application form.

2. Arrive at the SEMICON West 2009 Onsite Space Assignment office (Gateway Exhibitor Services Center, Moscone Center, Gateway Hall) at least 15 minutes early.

3. A 20% deposit is required onsite at the time you reserve your exhibit space, payable by company check or credit card. You may alternately submit the deposit in advance along with your application.

4. If you are unable to attend onsite space assignment, please download, complete, and return the proxy statement along with your 20% deposit by July 11, 2008. A SEMI staff person will select the best available location on your behalf at your designated appointment time.

If you do not submit your application, proxy statement, and deposit, and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, space will NOT be assigned or held for you on your behalf.
